      Please plan on arriving to the hotel on Friday afternoon so that you are available for a 6:30 PM dinner with the group. On Saturday, a meeting will take place all day. It will be held in the hotel's West Shore Room located on the second floor at 8:30 AM. A lunch will be delivered around 12:00 in your meeting room. Sunday's meeting will also begin at 8:30 AM and end around lunchtime. Please do not schedule your departure times earlier than 2:00 PM.
