Travel Information:

Get Mapquest Directions

Richmond International Airport (RIC) is a 10-15 minute drive from VCU campus. An alternative is to fly into Reagan National (DCA) in Washington - it might be a little cheaper but it is (depending on DC traffic) at least two hours to drive from Richmond.

More directions may be found at the VCU website.

Parking Information:

Participants will need to purchase a parking permit in order to park on campus. Only checks made out to "VCU Department of Chemistry" will be accepted.

Overnight guests should park in the CM Lot (highlighted in yellow on the campus map). Overnight guests can park their cars, proceed to check-in in Brandt Hall (#13, highlighted in green on the map), and pay for their permit there.

Daily guests should park in the West Main Street Deck (#61, highlighted in purple on the campus map) and pull a ticket. They can pay for a permit upon checking into the workshop.

Check In Information:

Check in will be from 3-10 PM on Wednesday in the lobby of Brandt Hall (#13, highlighted in green on the campus map). Anyone not staying in the on-campus housing should proceed to the meeting space (#92, highlighted in red on the campus map) for breakfast on Thursday.
