The peer review process involves the evaluation of written materials to gauge whether or not they fit the following criteria:

Activities must follow the ANA-POGIL activity template,
which provides overall formatting information for authors,
so that posted materials achieve a regular appearance, with consistent sectioning, titles, etc.

Activities must pass the POGIL Screening Rubric,
which verifies that they do indeed follow the learning cycle, develop process skills and in general follow the POGIL methodology.

Activities score well on the ANA-POGIL Assessment Rubric,
which identifies necessary elements of well-crafted POGIL written materials for analytical chemistry.

Activities will list the process skills that are the focus of the activity,
by choosing skills from the compiled Process Skills list.
The Peer Review Process is handled by members of the analytical chemistry consortium who have undergone extensive training in activity writing and review.

To submit an activity for Peer Review, please click on Submit a New Activity,
and indicate your desire to have it undergo the Peer Review process prior to website posting in the Peer Reviewed Activities section.
You may also choose to submit an activity for website posting without undergoing the Peer Review process;
in this case, the activity will appear in the Posted Activities section.
